The lecture was attended by 350 students, who were eager to learn about the importance of social consciousness in leadership and sustainable living. In the following week, a separate lecture was held for 90 students from Delhi University, who attended virtually from across India and internationally. These interactive lectures provided an opportunity for students from different parts of the world to engage with the ideas presented and contribute to the discussion.

AJung Kim as a distinguished lecturer emphasized the need for a holistic and alternative approach to leadership that incorporates social consciousness and compassion. She discussed the importance of self-awareness, self-care, and value-driven leadership skills and strategies. Students were encouraged to reflect on how they can incorporate these values into their personal and professional lives.

The lecture also addressed the importance of sustainable living, highlighting the need for environmentally conscious business practices and responsible consumerism. Short practices of meditation and mindfulness with students were very relaxing and rejuvenating, also inspiring enough to explore relationships and visions that individuals and businesses can adopt in daily lives.

The lecture explored the four key values of inner peace, sustainability, entrepreneurship, and community success, highlighting their significance in achieving success while creating positive change in communities. It was interactive and engaged students in diverse conversations around different techniques, applications, and benefits of meditation, ethical challenges in business, women's entrepreneurship, social anxiety, and further resources for mindfulness practices. Participants were eager to share their thoughts and insights, and the lecturer provided valuable feedback and guidance.

AJung emphasized the importance of self-awareness and compassion, which were identified as key drivers for value-driven leadership skills and strategies. Students were encouraged to reflect on how they can incorporate these values into their personal and professional lives. Students were encouraged to think critically about their role as future leaders and how they can use their influence to create positive change.

Overall, the Mindful Leadership and Sustainable Living Lectures provided students with valuable insights into alternative approaches to leadership, ethical challenges in business, women entrepreneurship, and mindfulness practices. The interactive dialogues helped students reflect on their own leadership styles as the owners of their lives at work, school, and home and how they can cultivate a better life through mindfulness and social consciousness.
